At Mangatawhiri Childcare, we want to ensure your child’s day is filled with comfort and joy. Here’s what you’ll need to bring:
Please bring enough nappies for the day. You're welcome to leave them here; each child has their named nappy cubby. We'll keep you informed when they're running low
Ensure your child is ready for any adventure with two full changes of clothes and comfortable shoes.
For your child's safety, please don't leave medicines in their bag. Hand them to a teacher or place them on the resource room bench. Complete our medicine register for permission to administer.
If your child requires a formula during the day, bring a bottle and formula to keep them satisfied and happy.
Bring any snuggly toys that provide comfort during sleep time. We understand the importance of familiar items for a good night's rest.
Your child will sleep on a stretcher bed after lunch. All stretchers are made up with freshly washed sheets and a polar fleece blanket in the winter. You are more than welcome to bring sleep sacks, a cuddly, or other comforting items to help your child settle to sleep
